5. Corporate Responsibility
1.Responsibilities of upper management, managers, and others
- The company shall establish a compliance system, including the establishment of a Compliance Committee and other necessary bodies, to identify compliance problems in the FUSO GROUP and ensure that they are systematically corrected and prevented from recurring.
- The company shall ensure the effective operation of the compliance system through the leadership of upper management and the initiative of managers and other executives.
2.Establishment and operation of a
reporting and consultation service
- In order to prevent the occurrence of compliance violations, and to detect and correct them at an early stage, the company shall establish and appropriately operate a reporting and consultation service for employees to inform the company of a crisis or to alleviate their own concerns in the event that they encounter a violation of laws and regulations or any other non-compliance situation.
- We shall actively utilize the reporting and consultation service as necessary, understanding its significance.
3.Response policy and rigor of disposition
- In the event of a compliance issue, the company shall speedily resolve and correct the issue based on a prompt investigation, and prevent recurrence based on an investigation of the cause. For stakeholders, we shall fulfill our accountability through timely and appropriate information disclosure.
- The company shall take strict disciplinary action against employees who commit compliance violations, and shall establish and operate a disciplinary system necessary for this purpose.
4.Providing education and training
- The company shall plan necessary education and ensure training opportunities in order to ensure the functioning of
the compliance system, and to maintain and improve said system.
- We shall always be earnest in undertaking this training, striving to improve our knowledge and awareness of compliance.
