2. Relationships with Customers, etc.
1.Acting in good faith with customers
- We shall always act in good faith to fulfill our agreements with customers and meet their expectations and trust in a sincere manner, including the timely and appropriate disclosure of information on the products and services we handle.
- We shall respect the convenience and safety of our customers and users, comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and strive for continuous improvement to ensure the quality and safety of our products and services.
2.Fair treatment of business partners
- We will not only comply with laws and regulations that protect subcontractors, but also place importance on building relationships based on trust through partnerships, and aim for joint growth in relationships between peers.
- We shall not only comply with the letter of antitrust laws in Japan and elsewhere, but also shall not engage in any activity against the spirit of these laws, including obstruction of fair competition, private monopolies, unfair restriction of trade, or other unfair trade.
3.Preventing improper behavior
- We shall not tolerate any excuses for improper behavior, in the understanding that violations of laws and regulations are in direct opposition to a customer-first orientation, and furthermore in the understanding of the seriousness of the loss of trust from customers and others caused by violations of laws and regulations in favor of profits and business performance.
- We shall not offer, promise, or provide bribes or similar improper entertainment, gifts, favors, or other financial benefits. Furthermore, we shall be fair and act appropriately when making donations or joining outside organizations.
- We shall manage confidential information about and provided by our customers and business partners, both legally and appropriately in accordance with agreements with the respective parties, prevent information leaks, and never use such information for improper purposes such as insider trading.
