Compliance Charter 3 .Relationships with Society

1.Responsibility to society

  • We shall actively study and comply with relevant laws and regulations, in the recognition that our business has a significant impact on society, our customers, and the environment. We shall disclose information in a timely and appropriate manner in response to inquiries from government agencies, the media, and others concerning our business.
  • We shall contribute to society through proper accounting and tax reporting based on appropriate day-to-day accounting procedures. We shall not engage in any activity that is detrimental to society, such as infringing on the rights of others or asserting unjust rights.
  • We shall comply with road traffic laws and other laws and regulations relevant to daily life, not only in our business activities but also as individuals, respect social norms including morals and manners in social life, and strive to improve our ethical awareness as a member of the FUSO GROUP.

2.Proactive environmental protection

  • We shall comply with environmental laws and regulations, and actively work to safeguard the environment by reducing
    the environmental impact of our business operations, being aware of pollution prevention, and creating businesses that help preserve and improve the environment.

3.Relationships with local and international communities

  • As an organization whose business purpose is to solve issues faced by local communities, we shall strive to deepen our understanding of local communities and prevent improper behavior, incidents, and environmental destruction that could cause our communities to lose trust in us.
  • We shall comply with local laws and trade-related laws and regulations in the places where we do business, and furthermore we shall respect local customs and culture outside of Japan.

4.Preclusion of all relationships with
antisocial forces

  • We shall firmly denounce and preclude all relationships, legal or otherwise, with antisocial activities and forces, including organized crime.
